Justin Ng

Justin Ng started their work experience in April 2010 as an Operational Director at BigBearNutrition.com. Justin was responsible for procurement communications with US suppliers and improving the online-store platform's operations, including SEO and site traffic. Justin also achieved strategic cooperation with local stores and gyms, building a solid supply chain and enhancing sales distribution channels. During their time there, sales revenue doubled each year, and the platform became one of Malaysia's top three online health supplement platforms.

In June 2014, Justin joined MEMTECH INTERNATIONAL LTD. as a Program Manager. In this role, they led a project team to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensured their successful delivery. Justin primarily collaborated with mechanical process engineers, tooling engineers, global sourcing managers, and supplier quality managers. Justin managed new projects from NPI to mass production, generating sales revenue of approximately USD $20 million per year and contributing to an 11% increase in the company's group revenue.
