Mike Raley

Mike Raley has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mike currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Menzies Aviation, where they are responsible for creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. Mike works closely with executive leadership to forecast talent requirements and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. Mike also fosters strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and job platforms to diversify talent pipelines. Prior to joining Menzies Aviation, Mike held the role of Manager of Recruitment, Veteran and Military Programs at Ryder System, Inc. There, they focused on targeted outreach and effective talent acquisition, particularly within military programs. Mike spearheaded the implementation of Military Career Skills Training Programs across multiple locations in the United States.

Mike Raley completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Capella University in 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the same university, completing it in 2017.
