Paz Mongelos

Paz Mongelos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Paz currently serves as the Global Compliance Director at Merama, where they are responsible for overseeing compliance and ethical practices across multiple countries. Previously, they worked at Kueski as a Compliance & Internal Control Officer, where they established and implemented compliance programs and conducted training on regulatory risks. Additionally, at CI Casa de Bolsa, they worked as an Investment Strategies Consultant and Trainee Executive.

Paz Mongelos received a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2013. In 2012, they also briefly studied Business Administration at Montpellier Business School. In 2016, Paz obtained a Compliance Officer Certification from the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
