Edwin Hubbard

Edwin Hubbard has extensive work experience in the surety industry. Edwin is currently working as an Assistant Vice President at Merchants Bonding Company, where they manage contract bond production and account management. Prior to this, they worked at Travelers as a Managing Director, leading a team of underwriting professionals and overseeing the marketing strategies for the surety product. Edwin also served as an Account Executive Officer at Travelers, where they managed underwriting, marketing, and account selection processes. Earlier in their career, Edwin worked at Liberty Mutual Surety as a Surety Underwriting Consultant, managing domestic contract accounts and cultivating strong business relationships. Edwin also worked at CNA Surety as a Senior Underwriter, coordinating underwriting analysis for small contract and commercial surety product lines. Edwin's career began at Amwest Surety Insurance Company, where they held various roles such as Assistant Bond Manager, Home Office Underwriter Trainee, and Underwriter Trainee. Throughout their career, Edwin has demonstrated a focus on profitability, excellent customer service, and developing strong relationships with agency partners and clients.

Edwin Hubbard attended the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
