Feby Ardian

Feby Ardian has a diverse work experience in HR management. They are currently working as the HR Manager at Mitra Stania Prima since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as an HR System & Data Specialist SPV at Mercuria Energy America, Inc starting from August 2013. Feby also worked as an HRBP at PT Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper from February 2017 to May 2021. They briefly held the position of HR Manager at KOPKAR SUCOFINDO from June 2013 to August 2013. Feby was also the Head of Department at PT. Bahari Cakrawala Sebuku, where they were responsible for maintaining manpower strength and recruitment processes. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR at MEC COAL, delivering full recruitment services. Feby's work experience also includes a period as the General Manager of their own company, PT. Comet Sejati.

Feby Ardian obtained a bachelor's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Universitas Abadi Karya Indonesia, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
