Marcia Batal-Rogers

Marcia Batal-Rogers serves as the Director of Global Talent Management at Mercury Systems since April 2019, leading global talent and learning strategy for a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees. Previously, Marcia held the role of Director of Global Learning and Development at Mercury, where efforts were focused on enhancing leadership capabilities for over 400 leaders. Marcia's experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Sales & Service Training Manager and Senior Training Specialist, where responsibilities involved driving learning strategies and establishing training departments. Additionally, Marcia worked at John Hancock in various training and development roles, providing strategic consulting and leading training initiatives. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Assumption University.
