Thomas Boyles is an Engineering Leader with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and driving technical outcomes across various companies. Currently at Merit since December 2022, Thomas previously held leadership roles at Plato, Canvas Medical, One Medical, Sauce Labs, Birst, iControl Networks, Yahoo!, and others. Key achievements include leading remote engineering departments, achieving compliance certifications, establishing professional services offerings, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Thomas has a strong background in infrastructure evolution, cloud cost management, and software development practices, including Agile and DevOps methodologies. Thomas holds a B.A. in Film from Columbia College Chicago.
