Kristen Price

Kristen Price has a diverse range of work experience. Kristen currently holds the position of Director of Leadership Programs at The ExCo Group, a role they began in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from January 2022 to June 2023, where they conducted assessments, facilitated training programs, and supported leadership development projects. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at KPMG from January 2021 to January 2022. Kristen also has experience at EY, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services from October 2017 to January 2021. In this role, they supported the development of leadership development programs, facilitated training, and participated in competency modeling projects. Kristen began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Loews Hotels from February 2014 to July 2015, where they focused on recruitment and hiring decisions. Kristen also has experience as a Graduate Student at Vanderbilt University from January 2014 to May 2015, where they furthered their education. Kristen began their professional career as a Sales Manager at Macy's from November 2011 to January 2014, where they led a team and achieved significant sales results. Prior to that, they worked as a Site Assistant at the National Student Leadership Conference from May 2008 to August 2011, providing customer service and organizing events. Kristen also gained experience as an Intern in the Office of Secretary Ken Salazar at the Department of the Interior from January 2010 to May 2010, where they assisted in event planning and database management. Lastly, they served as a Junior Associate in the Urban Educational Leadership Program at the Office of Chancellor Michelle Rhee, DC Public Schools from September 2008 to May 2009, supporting recruitment efforts and benefit administration.

Kristen Price has a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at Howard University from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Kristen has obtained several certifications to enhance their leadership skills. Kristen is a Certified Leadership Coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance, which they achieved in May 2021. Kristen is also a DISC Trainer from The John Maxwell Team, having completed the certification in August 2020. Furthermore, they have earned the EY Transformative Leadership - My Purpose - Bronze certification from EY in August 2020. Lastly, Kristen has completed the John Maxwell Leadership Coaching, Training, and Speaking Certification Program through The John Maxwell Team in August 2020.
