Dr. Janina Kolb

Dr. Janina Kolb has a diverse work experience in the field of medical affairs and scientific expertise. Dr. Janina currently holds the position of Head of Medical Affairs DACH at Merz Aesthetics since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Medical Affairs Germany at the same company from May 2023 to January 2024. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Scientific Expert - Skin Lab from September 2021 to May 2023, and as a Senior Medical Expert Global from July 2020 to August 2021 at Merz Aesthetics. Before joining Merz Aesthetics, Dr. Kolb was a Medical Expert Global at the company from April 2019 to May 2020. Dr. Janina started their career as a Medical Manager at MEDA Pharma GmbH & Co. KG in October 2015 and remained in that role until March 2019.

Dr. Janina Kolb obtained their Staatsexamen degree in Veterinary Medicine from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the years 2005-2011. Dr. Janina later pursued their doctoral studies and received a Promotion degree in Idiopathische Pulmonale Fibrose / Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitor from the same university between 2011-2015.
