Anand Davé has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anand started their career at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where they worked on a project to create a youth basketball program. After that, they interned at Target Corp as a Business Analyst, where they developed scalable solutions for the company's ready-to-wear areas. Anand then joined Target Corp as a Merchandise Planning Business Analyst, managing a multi-million dollar business in the Women's Denim category.
Anand later transitioned to LinkedIn and held multiple roles within the Customer Success division. Anand initially worked as a Sales Development Specialist, prospecting and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team. Anand then became a Customer Success Specialist, providing customized training and engagement to customers in the Small Business Segment. Anand was later promoted to Team Lead, managing a team of Customer Success Representatives and overseeing operations and coaching. Anand also served as a Customer Success Consultant, managing complex implementations of products, services, and training for Enterprise LinkedIn customers.
After leaving LinkedIn, Anand joined Bucketfeet as a Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition. In this role, they focused on customer acquisition and growth strategy through digital media, collaborating across the organization to establish and implement growth strategies.
Anand's next role was at Videolicious, where they served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Anand was responsible for video strategy and adoption for the company's largest global client, working closely with the sales team to grow their social selling presence and use of video.
Following Videolicious, Anand joined Modern Hire as a Manager, Customer Success Management. In this role, they managed a remote team of enterprise Customer Success Managers, developing and executing the company's customer success strategy. Anand also personally partnered with some of the largest enterprise customers, driving engagement growth.
Prior to their current position, Anand was the Head of Customer Success at Tribyl, Inc. Anand led the Client Success function, focusing on positioning and providing value for the Tribyl Buyer Intelligence Cloud™ to buyers across various markets.
Currently, Anand is working at MetaCX as a Strategic Client Engagement Manager. In this role, they lead the go-to-market and customer success teams, overseeing the implementation process, metric identification, change management, and solutions consulting for customers.
