Lily Paloma

Lily Paloma has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Lily is currently the Director of Human Resources at Metagenomi, a position they have held since February 2021. Before that, they worked at Seer from 2018 to 2021, initially as a Manager of Human Resources & Administration and later as a Senior Manager. Prior to Seer, they were employed at Darktrace, where they served as Manager of Human Resources & Operations for the US, Canada, and LATAM regions from 2016 to 2018. Lily also worked as an Administrator of Operations at Darktrace for a brief period in 2016. Lily Paloma began their career at Alameda Inpatient Medical, Inc. in 2013 as an Assistant in Administration, a role which they held until 2016.

Lily Paloma obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley between 2009 and 2013. In 2017 and 2018, they received a Certification in Human Resources from Cornell University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at California State University - East Bay, which is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, Lily has obtained several certifications including Talent Optimization from The Predictive Index in January 2022, HR Ethics from HRCI in June 2021, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2019, and a Notary Public Commission from the State of California in August 2018.
