Stephanie M. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Stephanie is currently working as the Chief People Officer at MetalTek International. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Herzing University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as the Director of Human Resources at NeoCoil and was responsible for all HR initiatives for two engineering and manufacturing companies focused on medical devices.

Lastly, they served as the Human Resources and Office Manager at NorthStar Engineering Group, where they developed and implemented HR and office management functions for a civil engineering and land surveying firm.

Stephanie M. obtained a J.D. degree in Law from Humphreys College Laurence Drivon School of Law, completing their education from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management (Human Resources) from California State University, Stanislaus, which they completed in 2008. Stephanie also attended California State University, Fresno from 1997 to 2000, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued during that time are unknown.

In addition to their academic achievements, Stephanie has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. In September 2015, they gained experience in Situational Leadership II through The Ken Blanchard Companies. Furthermore, Stephanie became a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in June 2015, accredited by The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
