Matthew Gray has extensive work experience in the IT and digital field. Matthew currently holds the position of Head of IT & Digital / GM of IT at Independent Hardware Group since 2021. Matthew later pursued a Masters of Business Technology in Executive Leadership in Business and Technology from Monash University, from 2003 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications including "Managing Experienced Managers," "Managing Experts," "Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management," and "Stay Lean with Kanban" from LinkedIn in 2019.
