Shaun Luong, CAPM

Shaun Luong, CAPM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shaun currently works as a CX Engineer at Metrics Design Automation, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, Shaun worked as an FPGA Design Engineer at Enduro Pipeline Services from October 2020 to February 2021, where they developed and modified FPGA designs for pipeline inspection tools.

Before that, Shaun was a Hardware Developer at INOVA Geophysical from December 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they tested and verified electronic hardware designs for seismic data acquisition and implemented transceiverless telemetry in existing hardware products.

From 2016 to 2019, Shaun worked as a Model-Based Design Engineer at Schneider Electric. Shaun refined power controls for utility-scale solar power inverters using model-based design software and resolved firmware issues in the test lab and field.

Shaun's work experience also includes a role as a VHDL Developer at INOVA Geophysical from 2013 to 2015. Here, they programmed in VHDL for seismic data acquisition designs and completed integration testing and debugging of new firmware on existing hardware systems.
