Justin Ballinger

Justin Ballinger is a skilled Senior Technician who has been with Charles River Analytics since January 2013, handling electrical and mechanical assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting. Justin also provides operations support and planning for R&D projects within the Office of Naval Research. In their previous role as a USCG Operator/Technician, Justin served as an Electrical Technician, Assistant Engineer, and Maritime Law Enforcement/Force Protection Operator. Justin has a diverse background in maritime security and operations, with a solid educational foundation from the USCG Weapons and Engineering Academy, LCB Boston, USCG Engineering School, and Confident Captain program.
