Natalie Page

Natalie Page has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie started their career in 2005 as a Senior Payroll Officer at NHS Finance Consortium before moving on to work as an ESR Intern at NHS in 2009. Natalie then worked as an HR Implementation Advisor at South East Coast NHS before joining Allocate Software as an Implementation Consultant in 2010. At Allocate Software, they successfully managed and delivered multiple projects simultaneously. In 2014, Natalie joined MHR as an HR Consultant and gradually progressed to become a Senior HR Consultant, Principal HR Consultant, and Regional HR Lead. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in client engagement, system configuration, and workshop facilitation. Natalie also served as a Consultancy Manager and Configuration Manager, where they led teams and ensured the achievement of deliverables. Currently, Natalie holds the position of Head of HCM Practice at MHR.

Natalie Page began their education in 1998 at St Ansellms Catholic School, where they completed their GCSE studies until 2003. In 2009, they pursued an introduction into project management at APM, completing their studies in 2010. In 2015, Natalie attended Home Learning College and obtained a CIPD intermediate certificate in HR management, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
