Barry Menzies

Barry Menzies is an experienced professional currently serving as the Managing Director of MIDEL at M&I Materials Limited since February 2011, where MIDEL provides fire-safe, environmentally friendly transformer cooling fluids. Previously, Barry held the position of Commercial Director at M&I Materials Limited, managing a diverse portfolio of specialist products. Earlier career experiences include roles as Project Manager at Axion Group focused on converting waste biomass to liquid fuel, Global Business Manager at INEOS in silicas, and European Sales Manager at INEOS Silicas. Additionally, Barry held various positions at Unilever, including Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Production Manager at The North British Distillery Company Ltd. Barry holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford.
