Raghav M. is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Growth at Michaels Stores, Raghav M. is responsible for the strategy and growth of Michaels Marketplace, transforming it into a significant eCommerce business unit. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Walmart eCommerce, where Raghav M. onboarded hundreds of marketplace sellers and achieved significant sales volume, and Senior Category Specialist, where a successful partnership with Fanatics was launched. Raghav M. also co-founded Black Shell Media, a video game publishing and marketing startup that was acquired in early 2021. Raghav M. holds a Bachelor's degree in South Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Innovation Strategy from Cornell University.
