Catherine Brooks

Catherine Brooks is a skilled production professional with extensive experience in sports media and military leadership. Currently serving as a Production Assistant for the Detroit Lions since July 2024, Catherine previously held an internship with the Detroit Pistons in game operations, creating video content and managing game day logistics. Catherine’s background includes roles at ESPN as a Production Assistant, where live games were edited for Sportscenter, and at Michigan State University, where Catherine worked as a Writing Consultant and Production Assistant. With a solid military foundation as a Sergeant in the Michigan National Guard since February 2015, Catherine leads a team while training in cable systems installation. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the same institution.
