Lori Deason Phr

Lori Deason has an extensive background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Lori is currently working at MicroPort Orthopedics as the Director of Human Resources, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to joining MicroPort Orthopedics, Lori served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023.

Lori Deason, PHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In 2005, they received their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Education from Christian Brothers University, and the exact duration of their study is not specified. Most recently, in February 2023, Lori obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
