Emily Lund

Emily Lund began their career in 1999 as a Services Standards Manager at W.W. Grainger. In this role, they were the Process/Metrics Lead and was responsible for On-Site Services and SAP Change Management. In 2007, they joined RWD Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, managing both ERP and non-ERP training and documentation projects. In 2011, they were appointed as the Director of ITS Applications at JMC Steel Group, where they took ownership of all applications, including SAP, BW, APO, Sharepoint, E-Commerce, Customer Portal, and their associated databases. In 2015, they became the Vice President of IT and ECommerce at Garrett Popcorn Shops, responsible for all IT application and infrastructure related processes and resources for Global Garrett Brands. In 2018, Emily joined DXC Technology as a Practice Partner and Associate Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Vice President Information Technology at Mielle Organics LLC.

Emily Lund received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Central Michigan University in 1996. Emily then went on to obtain a Certification in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Seville, Spain in 1997. In 2009, they obtained their RWD Certified Project Manager certification from RWD Technologies. In 2007, they attended a LEAN/SIX SIGMA Certification Workshop/Training. Lastly, in 2001, they obtained their Internal Auditor Certification (ISO 9000).
