Tom Van Dis

Tom Van Dis began their career in 1971 as a Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer at American National Bank (now Fifth Third Bank via merger). In 1981, they joined Miller Canfield as Of Counsel and later became a Partner. During their time at Miller Canfield, they represented a diverse client base in a wide range of corporate matters, business transactions, and health care industry transactions. Tom has particular depth of experience in two related areas: corporate and commercial transactions, and health care.

Tom Van Dis attended Michigan State University from 1965 to 1969, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Tom then went on to attend the University of Michigan Law School from 1976 to 1979, earning a J.D.
