Balasubramanian Veezhinathan

Balasubramanian Veezhinathan has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Balasubramanian started their career in 1966 at BHEL Unit: Tiruchirappalli, where they worked as a Sr Manager for almost 30 years. Balasubramanian then joined Tetracon Sdn Bhd in 1995 and served as a Sr Manager until 2000. After that, they worked as a Sr.Manager at Garisan Etika (M) Sdn Bhd. Malaysia from 2007 to 2013. Currently, they are employed at Minconsult Sdn Bhd as a Sr Mech Engineer, where they provide engineering consultancy services for power plants, including design of power plant components and biomass and biogas power plant design consultancy. Balasubramanian is also responsible for tender specification preparation, offer evaluation, finalization of EPC, equipment selection, project management, and owner engineer services.

Balasubramanian Veezhinathan completed their primary education at Municipal Highschool/Koranad/Mayiladuthurai from the years 1954 to 1959, where they received their S.S.L.C degree. Balasubramanian then pursued their pre-university education at AVC COLLEGE from 1959 to 1960, specializing in Maths and Commerce. Finally, they attended Alagappa Engineering college in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, from 1960 to 1965, earning a B.E(Mechanical) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
