Cara Hooper MAC BA (Hons)

Cara Hooper MAC BA (Hons) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cara currently works at Mindbeat as an Associate Coach since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BetterUp, starting in 2017, where they held various roles including Sales Trial Coach and Premier Fellow Coach & Group Coach. Cara also started their own coaching business, Effective Thoughts, in 2006, where they served as the Owner & Coach. Cara has also worked at Safe In Sussex as a Sessional Facilitator in Trauma Informed Practise & ACEs from 2022 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Cara worked at chilloutretreats.com as a Retreat Life Coach. Cara also worked at Elm Grove Primary School as Support Staff from 2015 to 2018. Cara Hooper MAC BA (Hons) has an extensive education and certification history. Cara obtained an Accredited Diploma in Coaching Practice from CMI in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Cultural Studies from the University of Gloucestershire between 1990 and 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Cara earned a Red Team Coaching Practitioner certification from Coaching.com in 2023. Cara also holds various certifications such as Fellow Member in recognition of their 15+ years of coaching experience and 3000+ coaching hours, obtained from the Association for Coaching (AC) in May 2023. Cara is also a Mental Health First Aider, certified by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in June 2019.
