Scott Kadler P.Eng.

Scott Kadler P.Eng. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Scott currently works as a Mining Engineer at MineSense Technologies Ltd. since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Mining Engineer - Consultant at MineStream Consulting Corp. from 2017 to 2022, where they managed their own incorporated business and undertook projects in data entry modernization and digital inspections for mining clients.

Scott also worked as a Mining Technology Analyst at Newmont Corporation from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they developed Power BI business case analysis tools, streamlined contractor reporting, and promoted performance-based scorecards. Scott also developed short interval control reports and trained supervisors on data capture using Samsung tablets.

Before that, Scott worked as a BI Consultant at Goldcorp in 2016, where they implemented a Mine Consolidation solution and worked on various IT projects as part of a Digital Transformation team. Scott also has experience as a Mine Operations Summer Student at Capstone Mining Corp in 2015.

Scott's work experience also includes roles as a Mechanic at Chen Auto Clinic from 2013 to 2015, a Mining Engineer Co-op at Teck Resources Limited in 2013, a Volunteer at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank in 2013, and a Webmaster at Sigma Chi Fraternity from 2011 to 2012.

Scott Kadler P.Eng. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2016. Scott also holds a certification in First Aid Level 1, which they obtained in January 2015 from St. John's Ambulance.
