Sonia Evans

Sonia Evans has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. SONIA started their career at US Cellular in 1998 as a Tech Team Representative, where they troubleshooted and solved customer issues and trained new staff members. SONIA then moved on to SAIC, where they worked as a WNP Specialist II and WNP Lead. Later, they joined Brinks Home Security as a Quality Internship and Customer Care Specialist. At Travelers, Sonia worked as an Insurance Service Representative. SONIA then joined Comcast as a Specialist, where they developed proficient problem-solving skills and handled various responsibilities such as record keeping, troubleshooting, and promoting services. Currently, Sonia is working at Ministry Brands as a Giving Support Team Lead and Trainer.

Sonia Evans completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology at ITT Technical Institute from 1997 to 1999. Before that, they pursued their General Studies degree at Jefferson County High School from 1994 to 1997.
