Chea Sunsatya

Chea Sunsatya, MSc, serves as the Policy Coordination and Cooperation Manager at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since October 2017, providing policy recommendations and implementing initiatives that align with organizational objectives. As an Economist, contributions include the formulation of the Tax Policy and Revenue Mobilization Strategy Phase 2, the establishment of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) and the Entrepreneurship Promotion Center (Khmer Enterprise), and the Digital Economy and Society of Cambodia Framework. Previously, Chea Sunsatya held the position of Head of Entrepreneurship Development at Khmer Enterprise, managing capacity upgrading for entrepreneurs and startups, building partnerships, and supporting impact investment readiness. Chea Sunsatya was also a Founding Member of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of Cambodia, focused on resource mobilization to support a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. Educational qualifications include a Master of Economics from Chiang Mai University, among other specialized training from esteemed institutions such as Stanford University and the University of Hong Kong.
