Mark Phillips

Regional Manager, Customer Success EMEA at Minitab

Mark Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mark is currently working as the Regional Manager for Customer Success EMEA at Minitab since January 2022. Prior to this, Mark served as the Global Head of Customer Success at Displayr from February 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Solutions Manager at Vision Critical from April 2018 to October 2018.

Mark had a long tenure at Confirmit, starting in 2001 as the Director of Technical Account Management and Global Solutions. Mark was responsible for managing technical aspects of customer engagements and nurturing customer-facing technical teams. Their role grew globally and continued until 2018.

Before joining Confirmit, they served as a Board Director at TNS Healthcare from August 1999 to October 2001. Mark also worked at Cobalt Sky Ltd, where they set up the Computer Assisted Interviewing (CAI) Division and provided consultancy services to global accounts like Procter and Gamble, Kantar, and Unilever from August 1996 to August 1999.

Mark's career started at NOP, where they worked as an Analyst in their Telephone Interviewing department. Mark later transitioned to the Technical Services department and eventually became a manager in their support department.

Additionally, Mark held the role of Vice President at SPSS (formerly Quantime). Mark initially joined as a Support Manager and then moved into the position of Technical Account Manager. Mark later relocated to the New York office and headed the US Technical Services division. This role lasted from 1989 to 1996.

Mark Phillips obtained their BSc Hons in Physics from The University of Manchester, graduating between 1982 and 1985. In addition, they obtained a certification in Learning GDPR from LinkedIn in May 2018.
