Adel El-Huni

Adel El-Huni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and educational roles. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Adel teaches a Master's level course in the MA of Creative Leadership Program. As the Founder and Chief Enabling Officer at Katalyze, Adel has driven impactful initiatives since 2011. Previously held positions include Head of Strategic Partnerships & Leadership at Inclusion Action Collective, Google Leadership Fellow with Rare, and various leadership roles in growth and innovation within financial services at organizations such as Robots and Pencils and Nerdery. Additionally, Adel was recognized as an Aspen Ideas Festival Scholar and has contributed to THNK School of Creative Leadership as Senior Executive Officer for the Middle East. Educational qualifications include a degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford, a Master of Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Minnesota, among other certifications.
