Stephen Fletcher

Stephen Fletcher has worked in various roles starting from BDM On Premise - Beer, Spirits, Soft drinks for Coca-Cola Amatil since 2010. Stephen then worked as a Brand Development Manager for Magners Irish Cider for 2 years and later as a Business Growth Specialist for various contracts from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Key Account Manager - NSW for Cleanaway Waste Management, where their role mainly involved sales and logistics. In 2022, they joined Pact Group Holdings Ltd as a Sales and Procurement Manager - Large Industrial Packaging until May 2023. Currently, Fletcher holds the position of Business Development Manager at Mint Innovation, where they focus on building partnerships across industry sectors and networks to reduce the need to export e-waste residuals overseas.

Stephen Fletcher received their Higher School Certificate from Barker College Hornsby, where they studied Business, Design and Technology, and Geology. Stephen then went on to attend the University of Newcastle from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in the field of Business/Commerce, General.
