Shea Rauch

Shea Rauch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They started their career in 2008 as a Genetic Counselor at Kaiser Permanente and then moved on to work at InformedDNA as a Genetic Counselor from 2012 to 2014. They further expanded their skills and expertise by working as a Genetic Counselor at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Shea then joined Quest Diagnostics as a Field-Based Genetic Counselor from 2015 to 2016 and later became the National Sales Training Manager, Molecular Oncology from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Shea joined Blueprint Genetics as a Genetic Services Consultant and later as a Commercial Trainer from 2020 to 2021. They continued their career at Travere Therapeutics, where they held the role of Director, Medical Affairs Diagnostics & Sponsored Testing from 2022 to 2023. Presently, Shea is the Director of Scientific Affairs, Diagnostics at Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Shea Rauch completed a Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Utah School of Medicine from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Lehigh University in 2004 for the Small Business Development Program, focusing on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Shea Rauch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Biological & Evolutionary Science with a minor in French from Penn State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they attended a workshop in Cognitive Science and Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
