Eric Hammond has a diverse work history in the golf industry. Eric began their career as a Groundskeeper at Green Valley Golf Group at The Cotton Fields in 1999 and later worked as an Assistant Mech at The University of Georgia Golf Course from 2004 to 2007. Eric then returned to Green Valley Golf Group at The Cotton Fields as an Assistant Superintendent from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Green Valley Golf Group at The Providence Club as a General Manager, where they managed all aspects of course operations. Eric's most recent role was at Green Valley Golf Group as the Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2019, where they oversaw all business operations and was responsible for strategic positioning, marketing, payroll management, HR policies, and technology management.
