Prior to Mission Bio, Enzmann worked at Synthego Corporation as a Scientific Communications Manager in Scientific Marketing. Brittany L'sresponsibilities included leading technical communications and driving content creation, review, and publishing of technical and marketing materials for the company's CRISPR portfolio.

Before joining Synthego Corporation, Enzmann had experience as a Science Writer/Content Developer, working with clients such as Khan Academy, Cengage Learning, Sapling Learning, and Course Hero.

Brittany L also served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Arizona State University, where they worked from 2011 to 2014.

Brittany L Enzmann started their education journey at Scripps College from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Brittany L then pursued further education at UCLA, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they continued their studies at UCLA and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from 2005 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brittany Enzmann also obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute. Brittany L obtained the PMC Level I certification in September 2020, PMC Level II certification in January 2022, and PMC Level III certification in February 2023.
