Robert Hemmelgarn has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly with the Boy Scouts of America. Robert held various senior leadership roles within the organization from 1990 to 2020, including overseeing membership recruitment, fundraising, staff leadership, volunteer relationships, financial oversight, and property management. Hemmelgarn also worked in various locations across the Midwest, including Chicago, South Bend, Indianapolis, Davenport, and Peoria.
