Jennifer Croce Rokke has a comprehensive work experience in the veterinary field. Jennifer started their career at South Suburban Animal Hospital in 2000 as a Medical Director, and later became a Medical Director and Associate Veterinarian. Jennifer worked at the hospital until 2013. In 2014, Jennifer joined Lane Animal Hospital as a Hospital Director and held the position until 2019. During their time at Lane Animal Hospital, they also served as a Regional Medical Operations Director at Mission Veterinary Partners for a brief period in 2019. Jennifer then transitioned to a new role at Mission Veterinary Partners as the VP of Continuous Improvement, a position they held until February 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Mission Veterinary Partners.

Jennifer Croce Rokke attended Miami University from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology. During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the same institution, although the exact years for this degree are not provided.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Jennifer Croce Rokke went on to attend Colorado State University from 1996 to 2000. Jennifer obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, specializing in Veterinary Medicine.
