Raphael Ortiz has extensive experience in various leadership positions within the aviation and food industry. Raphael started their career at UPS as a Preload Supervisor from 1991 to 1994. Raphael then moved to United Airlines, where they worked as a Ramp Manager-Airport Operations from 1994 to 2006. In this role, they managed a large team and ensured efficient operations while prioritizing safety. Since 2006, they have been with Five Guys Enterprises, initially serving as a Regional Operations Manager, where they focused on market expansion, relationship management, and talent recruitment. Later, they became the Divisional Vice President overseeing teams in the US and Canada, before being promoted to the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In this capacity, they develop and implements strategic initiatives, oversees policies and personnel, and secures key relationships to drive growth and profitability.

Raphael Ortiz earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from Strayer University (DC) from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied Criminology at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1991 to 1993.
