Keri Barnett-Howell

Keri Barnett-Howell has a diverse range of work experience spanning across various industries. Keri currently holds the position of Director, Talent Development at Mission Cloud, where they lead the Talent Development team and drives a culture of continuous growth through upskilling, onboarding, and development programs. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager, Talent Development at the same company.

Before joining Mission, Keri worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Qventus, Inc, where they led the change management strategy and implementation for AI products in healthcare systems. Keri also created training programs for clients and internal staff to support change management and enhance the client experience.

Keri has experience in the healthcare field as well, having worked as a Clinical Innovation and Healthcare Policy Analyst at Sound Physicians. In this role, they contributed to enhancing healthcare systems through policy analysis and clinical innovation.

Keri Barnett-Howell holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Art History from New York University, completing their studies between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Keri has obtained several certifications, including LearningElite Bronze and 2023 LearningElite Finalist from Chief Learning Officer, MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
