Role Summary
As our Office manager based in Paris, you will be in charge of managing our offices around the globe which includes Paris, San Francisco & London. You will report directly to our Head of People and will work closely with people from various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a nice and friendly work atmosphere for all Mistralers • Ensure our Paris offices is up and running • Help Palo Alto and London colleagues in their office maintenance • Act as the go-to-person for all questions related to the office • Collaborate with workplace owners and HR teams to maintain and implement office policies and processes • Develop our culture through the organization of activities, meetings, and other community events
Deal with internal and external stakeholders • Suppliers : food provider, maintenance, cleaning, access • Furniture : desk, equipment, hardwares • Visitors : welcoming, mails, deliveries • Serve as the onsite point of contact for maintenance visits, shipping, mailing, deliveries, and inventory management • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Recruiting, Employee Experience, and Executive Assistants to drive other internal initiatives

Experience and Skills • Proven experience as the key Office Manager in a scale-up (4+ years). • Management of multiple office locations spread across different geographies (ideally both the US and Europe) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace or ticketing systems supporting employee requests • You must be fluent in English (this is a strong requirement)
