As the Founder and Principal of EliseMitchell.com and Velocity Collective LLC, Elise focuses on accelerating growth for business leaders while facilitating successful transitions. Elise actively provides advice and capital as an Advisor and LP at NewRoad Capital Partners, specializing in Series A financing for founder-owned enterprises. In addition, Elise is the Founding Chair of the Board of Directors for Endeavor | Heartland, and serves on the Board of Trustees at Abilene Christian University. Previous leadership roles include Chairman and Founder of Mitchell, a top PR firm, and CEO of Dentsu Aegis Public Relations Network, alongside presidency of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation.
