Dmitri Khait

Dmitri Khait has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and web development. Dmitri is currently a Staff Software Engineer at mmhmm and a Freelance Software Engineer at AKQA. From 2007 to 2020, they were employed at R/GA where they held various roles, including Technical Director, Technical Team Lead, Solutions Architect, and Senior Software Engineer. From 1997 to 1998, they worked at Interactive Marketing Group as Programming Director and Senior Software Engineer/Technology Lead. During this time, they researched new products and technologies to determine fit with the overall application architecture and worked with the Sales Team to assess technical feasibility/approach and guide product specifications. Additionally, they translated business and functional requirements into detailed technical design from system architecture down to code-level instructions. From 1998 to 1999, they worked at Sony as a Software Engineer/Web Developer, where they played a key role in the architecture and development of SNAP (Sony Internet Access to Pricing) system, provided technical support to more than 1,000 dealers in Sony dealer network, and participated in development and maintenance of Sony Business and Professional web site using Oracle web services.

Dmitri Khait obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an unknown institution between 1989 and 1993. In addition, they hold two certifications: a Sitecore Certified Developer from Sitecore obtained in June 2014, and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services obtained in October 2018.
