Rachel Mitlo (Yatzkanic)

Rachel Mitlo (Yatzkanic) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachel is currently working as the Vice President of Client Success at MMIT (Managed Markets Insight & Technology), a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Careform and ConnectiveRx from December 2017 to July 2021, where they held the role of Strategic Account Management and later became the Senior Director of Customer Success and Account Management, respectively. Rachel also worked at Mylan as a Senior Manager from 2014 to November 2017, and at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as a Hospital Account Manager from 2004 to 2014. Rachel started their career at Crothall Healthcare as a Manager from 2001 to 2004.

Rachel Mitlo (Yatzkanic) obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Gannon University in 2001. Between the years 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Furthermore, in 2015, Rachel obtained additional certifications in "Designing Learning" from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and "Mastering Measuring & Evaluation" from Phillips Associates.
