Laurie Gannon

Laurie Gannon serves as the Vice President Head of People at MN8 Energy, overseeing the development and management of a multi-national Human Resource infrastructure for one of the largest distributed generation solar asset owners in the U.S. Prior to this role, Laurie worked at NRG Energy as a Senior Human Resource Manager, supporting the Chief Financial Officer and driving Human Capital strategy and initiatives. Laurie's experience also includes serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities involved managing global human capital strategy for Prime Services IT, and as a Human Resources Client Relationship Manager at UBS Wealth Management. Laurie commenced their career at Citi as a Division Management Support Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University, a Strategic HR Management Certificate from SHRM, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Berkeley College.
