Ashley Morin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley began their career as a Sales Advisor at Perles Gemmes Corail in 2013. Ashley then worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Hors du Temps from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Ashley worked as a Community Manager at Facturar en línea, where they promoted the company's activities through social media and assisted clients with online inquiries. In 2014, they joined Extia as a HR Consultant before transitioning to Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa as an HR Assistant.

From 2016 to 2019, Ashley worked at Société Générale, starting as an Assistant Knowledge Management where they supported employees in adopting new collaborative practices. Ashley also managed the creation and design of open groups on digital platforms and conducted training sessions for users. In 2021, Ashley served as a Project Manager for Ville de Chambéry, leading the deployment of online services. Following this, they worked as a Customer Success Officer at AddWorking, providing support to customers.

Currently, Ashley is working as a Customer Success Manager at Mobility Work (GMAO), a position they started in October 2022.
