Who Are We Looking For?

Mobiz is looking to hire talented and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and software engineering to design, build, and deploy AI models/products that solve complex problems and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure AI tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and applications.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training and improve model performance.
• Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Optimize AI models for performance and resource utilization on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Microsoft Azure AI tools.
• Document AI solutions effectively, including code, models, and design decisions.

  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or engineering with demonstrated aptitude to grasp and learn new technologies

• Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly in generative AI applications.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions; knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure and services, DevOps methodologies, application architecture & development

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus

• Strong exposure of working in virtual environments and deploying containers.

• Strong understanding of multi-cloud solutions and services and ability to apply these solutions to solve complex challenges for clients

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for statistical analysis.

• Proven experience with AI, ML, deep learning, Tensorflow, Python, NLP algorithm.

• Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimizations

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Experience with deep learning and natural language processing techniques and deployment of machine learning models in production environments are a big plus.

• Experience with generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers.

• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis.

• Understanding of Databricks, PowerBI, and Synapse is required

• Understanding of Large language Models is preferable.

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
