Kristen Dore

Kristen Dore has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2021. In 2012, they served as the Deputy Director of Volunteer Operations for the Presidential Inaugural Committee and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow for Harvard University. In 2013, they were the Director of Talent for the New Organizing Institute and the Director of Community & Growth for Krrb. In 2014, they were the Director of Talent & Search for the New Organizing Institute. From 2015 to 2018, they were the People & Equity Business Partner for Educators for Excellence. In 2019, they were the Founder of Voyager Consulting Group. Currently, they are the Head of People and Senior Director of People for Modern Energy.

Kristen Dore attended San Diego State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BS in Communication and Media Studies. In 2007, they also attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore, but did not receive a degree. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Harvard University and earned an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership.
