Claire Fielding

Claire Fielding has extensive experience in supply chain and transformation roles. Currently, they are the Director of Supply Chain and PMO at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC, leading a team of over 450 colleagues across various departments. In their previous role at Coles, they served as the Head of Group Transformation and also as the Head of Supply Chain Transformation for the Liquor division. Prior to that, they worked as a Planning & Supply Chain Consultant at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries and as the Head of Replenishment & Planning at Target Australia. Claire also held various leadership positions at Coles, including Head of Planning and Supply Chain for Fresh and General Merchandise & Apparel. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Senior Planning and Supply Chain Manager at Matalan and as a Supply Chain Manager at Asda.

Claire Fielding obtained a BA in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
