OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own scheduling, sourcing, and the build out of various processes and projects, with the goal of streamlining recruiting efforts across all business units.
We are looking for an individual with the winning mix of creative energy; technical experience with applicant tracking systems; willingness to get hands on day-to-day; an analytical mindset; superb organization; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; demonstrated ability to be a self-starter; delight in being analytical and detail-focused; ability to flourish in a fast-paced startup environment; and wholehearted empathy for our customers and their users.
This team is responsible for building out the entire internal recruiting function at Modern Treasury. We’re a small team and looking for an individual who is excited to grow with the company and wear multiple hats.
WEEK BY WEEK
During your first week you will:
Onboard with our team
Develop an understanding of our customers and user types
Read our favorite industry primers
Build an understanding of current recruiting systems and interview processes
During your first six weeks you will:
Schedule your first onsite interviews using Ashby, our ATS
Develop a sourcing pipeline for high priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
Learn how to create reports and analytics as we begin to analyze data trends for each business unit
