Michael also served as the Director of Client Strategy at TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, developing advertising strategies for recruitment and communications. Earlier in their career, they held roles at The Wall Street Journal, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and Lifetime Television, where they managed advertising solutions, developed marketing plans, and negotiated contracts.
Michael Hankinson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Later, between 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources/Organization Development at The University of Dallas.
