Gulzar Ali Ghulam Nabi is a seasoned Construction Manager with extensive experience at M.M. AL-HARBI & PARTNERS CO. LTD. since January 2006, where responsibilities include defining project scope, developing detailed work plans, and managing resources for successful project completion. Previously, Gulzar held the role of Civil Superintendent at Ramzan & Sons Limited Pakistan from December 1995 to November 2006. Gulzar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sindh and completed education at Govt School Gupchani Sanghar.
