Susanne Kleveros

Susanne Kleveros has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and leadership. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Edwards Lifesciences and then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Payroll at Transdev Sverige AB. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hunkemöller International BV. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Product Development Specialist - Electronics at Walmart eCommerce, focusing on developing a private brand for the electronics department. In 2018, they joined Volvo Car Technology USA LLC as the Head of People Experience and remained in this role until 2022. During their time at Volvo, they also founded StartupExperts, an invite-only community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders. In 2022, they became the Human Resources Lead, Kohler Ventures at Kohler Co., and later transitioned to the role of Director of HR at Mojave Energy Systems, Inc. starting in 2023. Additionally, they have had a long-standing role as the Principal and Founder of Don't Tell HR LLC since 2012.

Susanne Kleveros has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Payroll Economics from Jensen Education, obtained from 2011 to 2012. Susanne has also taken courses in Product Development and Professional English for Non-Native Speakers - Presenting in English at Stanford Continuing Studies in 2018 and 2017, respectively. In addition, they hold certifications in Unconscious Bias and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
